In this, the first selection of Foster songs, Roger Cawkwell has arranged two of his most popular melodies - 'Old Folks at Home' (Often mistakenly named after its first line 'Way Down Upon the Swanee River' - incidentally Foster contemplated using the name Yazoo River instead of Swanee - followed by a rousing setting of 'Camptown Races'.
