Merry Christmas Everybody - Slade

"Merry Christmas Everybody" written by Noddy Holder and Jim Lea, is a song performed by the English rock band ‘Slade'. It was an immediate hit, topping the UK Christmas Number One slot in 1973. Released at the peak of their popularity it is by far Slade's bestselling single, selling over a million copies on its release. In a 2007 poll, "Merry Christmas Everybody" was voted the UK's most popular Christmas song.
