COMPOSER Leo Delibes
ARRANGER Adrian Kingston
CATEGORY Duet for French Horns
CATALOGUE NO SM0012
DURATION Circa 4 mins
ABOUT THIS WORK The famous "Flower Duet" from Leo Delibes opera "Lakme", composed in 1883, has been arranged by Adrian Kingston as a duet for two French Horns in F. Given the dearth of material for Horns and Concert Band, this is a valuable addition to the repertoire and easily assimilated by most players. Sensitively scored this works very well and a great feature for the concert platform. Other arrangements available for Horn and Concert Band are – 'La Basque' and the 'Rondo from Horn Concerto No.4' by Mozart.

This arrangement is also available as for full concert band or as an accompaniment for two voices in the original key. Also available as a duet for other instruments as required. We will also, if required, revert the arrangement back to the origional 3/8 time signature
