About This Work
The Mikado is the most frequently performed ‘Savoy Opera’ opening on 14 March 1885. Arthur Sullivan’s music, as always, is infectious and full of fun. Here ‘Three Little Maids from School Are We’ has been imaginatively scored for Brass Quintet by Denis Burton and one that is sure to be a hit with ensembles of all grades.
