About This Work
Stylishly arranged as one of the series of ‘Rhythmic Classics’ by Geoff Kingston, with additional percussion and Bass Guitar this will be a popular addition to any concert. Scored in F major this is also available, on request, in the original key (G major) and is, without the additional rhythm section, a very effective accompaniment to the Solo Tenor.

'Nessun dorma' ('None Shall Sleep'), from the final act of Giacomo Puccini's opera Turandot, is one of the best known tenor arias. It achieved pop status after Luciano Pavarotti's recording of it was used as the theme song of the BBC television coverage of the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy. It subsequently reached No.2 on the UK Singles Chart, the highest placing ever by a classical recording.
