About This Work
This concerto, written in 1803 for keyed trumpet, was originally in E Major and is the most popular of Hummel's works. This, the First Movement, has been arranged for Bb Trumpet and concert band by Geoff Kingston. The piece is a real technical challenge for the soloist and very 'audience friendly'.
The 1st Movement can be purchased separately for £25.00.
